Kendall’s most luxurious homes can be found in the well-established areas east of SW 97th Avenue. Mostly concealed from the lush, tree-lined streets, these properties enjoy spacious properties, often large enough for full carriage driveways.

Luxury homes in Kendall closely follow the prevailing Mediterranean Revival aesthetic of the surrounding area. As such, these homes appear as large, stately villas, with arched arcades, balconies, and stylish tiled roofs.

Kendall is located 30 minutes southwest of downtown Miami, Florida. Bordered by U.S. Highway 1 on its eastern boundary, and the Ronald Reagan Turnpike on its western edge, Kendall enjoys a well-connected, central position within Miami’s southern neighborhoods.

Kendall is an inland neighborhood, approximately 3 miles from the ocean. Surrounding communities include Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, The Crossings, Kendale Lakes, Sunset, and South Miami. Kendall’s northern boundary is usually considered to be the Snapper Creek Canal, although some residents consider areas north this line to be part of Kendall as well.

Only 30 minutes of driving from most points within Kendall will put you at the edge of the beautiful Florida Everglades where can enjoy vast, untouched natural landscapes. A Metrorail line beginning in northeast Dadeland area connects residents to communities lying northeast of Kendall.
